Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 21, 2026

Indiagram LLC ("Indiagram," "we," "us") operates indiagram.com and publishes the PrivateClaw application. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

PrivateClaw is designed so that your API keys, prompts, and AI conversation data are stored on a virtual private server you provision under your own cloud account. That data is not transmitted to Indiagram.

When you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send (name, email address, message contents).

When you visit indiagram.com, our hosting provider receives standard request metadata (IP address, user-agent, referrer, timestamp) for operational and security purposes.

How we use information

We use contact information solely to respond to you. We use request metadata to operate and protect the website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-party services

The PrivateClaw application connects to cloud infrastructure providers (such as Hetzner, DigitalOcean, and Vultr) and to Tailscale using credentials you supply. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Data retention

We retain email correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to support you and meet legal obligations. Website logs are retained for a limited period consistent with operational needs.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].
