Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 21, 2026

Indiagram LLC ("Indiagram," "we," "us") operates indiagram.com and publishes the PrivateClaw and Tunnelless applications. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it, for the website and for each app.

Information we collect

PrivateClaw is designed so that your API keys, prompts, and AI conversation data are stored on a virtual private server you provision under your own cloud account. That data is not transmitted to Indiagram.

Tunnelless collects nothing. It contains no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no advertising identifier, and no account system of our own, and Indiagram operates no server that the app communicates with. Its Apple Privacy Manifest declares no tracking, no collected data types, and no required-reason API usage; this policy matches that declaration.

When you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send (name, email address, message contents).

When you visit indiagram.com, our hosting provider receives standard request metadata (IP address, user-agent, referrer, timestamp) for operational and security purposes.

How we use information

We use contact information solely to respond to you. We use request metadata to operate and protect the website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Tunnelless

Tunnelless runs a userspace Tailscale node inside the app process. That node keeps a state directory — node keys and the record that the device is authorised on your network — inside the app's own container on your device. That state never leaves your device, is not readable by other apps, is deleted when you sign out, and is removed when you delete the app.

Signing in opens Tailscale's own web login. Your Tailscale credentials are entered on Tailscale's site and are never seen by Tunnelless or by Indiagram.

Once connected, the node communicates with Tailscale's coordination server, Tailscale's DERP relays, and the peers on your own network — exactly as any Tailscale client does. That traffic is governed by Tailscale's privacy policy, not this one. Traffic you send through the app's local SOCKS5 proxy goes to machines on your own network; it is not proxied through, logged by, or visible to Indiagram.

Tunnelless is a networking utility, is not directed at children, and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Third-party services

The PrivateClaw application connects to cloud infrastructure providers (such as Hetzner, DigitalOcean, and Vultr) and to Tailscale using credentials you supply. Tunnelless connects to Tailscale using an account you sign in to on Tailscale's own site. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Data retention

We retain email correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to support you and meet legal obligations. Website logs are retained for a limited period consistent with operational needs.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].
